In the age of soaring glass towers and new construction homes, the new Asaf Gottesman-designed conversion at 90 Morton is bringing a more historical and grounded approach to the luxury market. This collection of West Village homes for sale is built on the bones of a printing factory, with the first eight floors taking up space once occupied by presses, while the top four floors are new. “The bones of the building, in terms of a conversion, were great,” says Shlomi Reuveni, CEO of Reuveni Real Estate, which leads marketing and sales for 90 Morton. “There is a certain integrity and history for a conversion that you can’t see in new construction.”
