When artist Danielle Gottesman saw the plans for 90 Morton, the forthcoming collection of West Village condominium residences, she was inspired. The result is Elevations, an installation of wooden sculptures on the building’s ground floor that cast shadows in the shapes of the boutique residences’ floor plans. 90 Morton is a turn-of-the-century building with renovations by Gottesman-Szmelcman Architecture that breathe new life into its prewar bones and make way for a new generation of West Village homeowners to call the iconic neighborhood their own. In addition to the gallery, residents of 90 Morton have access to many amenities, including a 64-foot indoor pool, 24-hour doorman/concierge service, and a rooftop terrace.
