Downtown New York Penthouse Asks $37.5 Million

The penthouse atop 90 Morton is slated to go on the market for a record-breaking $37.5 million, which puts it in rare company for penthouses below 14th Street. The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath penthouse has 5,820 square feet of interior space, with an additional 2,283 square feet of private outdoor space on a cantilevered terrace. Inside, penthouse residents will enjoy wide-plank oak-flooring and deep window sills. When 90 Morton opens its doors in 2019, it will be home to 35 West Village condominium residences, including the penthouse, all of which feature sprawling interiors, oversized windows, and high-end finishes.
