Mann About Town is reporting that Penthouse 11A at 90 Morton has gone into contract for a staggering $40 million, making the home one of the most valuable ever on the market below 14th Street. The six-bedroom penthouse features stunning interiors, unbeatable views of the historic neighborhood, and additional private outdoor space spread across multiple cantilevered terraces. 90 Morton was first constructed in 1912 as a printing factory, and developer Brack Capital Real Estate enlisted GSArch and Leroy Street Studio to preserve the building’s heritage when converting the space into a collection of luxury condos in the West Village.
